We'll all be rich in no time...in fact we already are since we have one and we have this great fam...:bwgy::smilewink:bgwo::bgwb:
Where am I supposed to put my rear view camera...:_confused
Don't answer that...:smilewink
This pic...

And this text...
"There's a distinct possibility Isuzu will be out of business as of this printing, and the SUV that's easily its most outrageous offering—the VehiCross—will be somewhat collectible."
Give me a case of "not that credible-itis"...:_thinking
Look @ the pic...it's got 2k-2k1 rims, LH drive, but....
Are those JDM headlights?...
meh, mebbe my eyz are goin' south...:uhohgray:

Ahh Dubster, it's yer head not yer eyes :looky:...The wheels look "correct" to me and as for the JDM? Notice the front side marker and lack of "parking mirrior" on the fender. As for that "out of business" mumbo-jumbo, no way! I think the author was a little confused regarding the American market as opposed to the world market, in which we all know that Isuzu is the worlds largest truck manufacturer and it ain't goin' nowhere any time soon...Now, as to that rear view camera...:laugho:

There's just something about the headlights, that doesn't look "right" to me...:_thinking
On the other hand, I wouldn't discount the theory that it's my head...:mbrasd:

I don't see anything that makes me think it's a JDM.
Driver seat looks more like our Recaro leather 2-tones than the JDM fabric....and don't think this Astral-looking silver was one of the Limited edition 175 that had the Recaros.
And to me, the wheels look more like a '99 than '00 or '01, but not sure.
Why would the author want to show a JDM when it's a current article and an American publication??...:_thinking
Headlights...hmmm....it must be we're not used to seeing such clear headlights... :laugho: .....and especially from this mostly top angle

Wheels definitely not 99...99s did not have chrome wheels.

they don't look like chrome to me either, but the structure looks "more" like 99s, at least to me. Pic is definitely 'shopped, so hard to say.
I never meant to imply that I thought any part of that VX was JDM...and if you will take the time to re-read my post, you'll see I didn't.
Except the headlights...for whatever reason, they just don't look right...to ME

The whole pic is stretched. Fisheye lens was used for this take.

My votes go:
'99 U.S. version Astral
'99 16-inch rims (sidewalls look too tall for those to be 18's)
Stock (non-JDM) headlights with horn-lights illuminated.

Wow that article is horrible. I'm embarrassed to have the VT featured alongside half of those pieces of ****e especially since it barely mentions what an amazing vehicle it is amid the digs about the pathetic sales dragging the company under. Bleah
