Hey guys
So I bought one of those Dash Kits you see on ebay all the time.
Never really liked the dash in the Vehicross,it's like they were going full guns on the interior with the seats & Doors & then
ran out of time and said "**** it"

Anyway...There were 3 diffrent vendors on ebay selling these dash kits.
The cheepest one was just paper sticker "DON"T get that one...it's crap"

The other 2 get there kits from the same place "Dash Kit Mall" just one charges more than the other, but it's the same kit. So I went with this guy.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/370602781947?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

unfortunately there isn't much to go on in the way of seeing how it looks as there wern't many people on the forum who bought these.
There was a red dash kit,but it was by a diffrent company.

So I figured i'd take a bunch of pics to show you what it looks like installed on the vehicross...this way if you are thinking about buying one you will have a good idea what your getting.

All in all I like it! I would have rather it not be so shiny...but I can't complain.
Also I didn't use every single piece that came with the kit...
It was Carbon Fibre OVERLOAD!! It's best to pick which pices you want.
I only wanted it to accent the interior, not overtake it lol.

This is the box it will come in.

That looks pretty spiffy. I'd really like to pull the door cards at some point and have *real* cf overlay applied.

Thanks for the write up. Looks great. I personally would not use the one that goes over the passenger air bag. To many what if's for me.

Looks good!

Then again, you're entire interior looks good. Amour-All'icious was the first thing that came to mind. I don't know if I've EVER been able to get my interior that shiny...all at the same time anyway.

Thanks for the pics.

Actually I use Turtle wax Trim Restore on my interior.
Works WAY better than armorall ever did:yesy:

I thought you'd just jacked the contrast up to max, and definition on your pics.......those pics aren't tweaked a bit?

No photoshopping or contrast tricks here!
Use this stuff.
When I first got the vehicross I was trying a bunch of Black trim restore products and this was the best" In my opinion"

But I also use it in my interior! Doors, seats,& Dash. It's amazing stuff and if you use it your interior will look just like mine in the pics.
Also unlike armorall or black magic...it dosen't fade or go away on a fue hours or days,it stays this way for weeks!
It's 8.99 at advance auto parts.

Don't be shy with it,lather it on and use alot of it.
BUT!!!! anything you put it on let it "Soak in" for about an hour.

I've been using this on my cladding for the last year. Works great and last for months.

You put it on in the sun and let it be for about an hour then go back and wipe down. Better than anything else I've used IMHO. Like it's been said, use a lot, wait a bit, wipe it down...:yesb::yesgray::yesy::yeso:
