Need help finding How to...

I have used the search and visited the how to section and even found a forum with a dead link linking to the how to I need. I cannot seem to find the mentioned "upper ball joint flip" how to/tutorial anywhere on this site ( or on the web). Does somebody know where it is or re-post it in the how-to's. Thanks in advance.

I wrote one but can never find it and someone hosted it on their personal site, but again don't remember who :(

FYI: If your camber is zero now, the flip will create positive camber that may require an allignment.
