Fender rub in back of well

I trimmed the front two fenders in the front of the well but the back of the well is a little more tricky since it is a mounting point for cladding and such. Does any one have any pics of a fender trim job?

I just did it last week. Took the back splashguard loose and pulled it back out of the way. Bent and hammered the metal back. Trimmed the bottom of the cladding back about 1.5 inches. Knocked the "rib" back. Reattached remaining clips/screws.
