I put on new pads and rotors front and rear this weekend and now I am getting a grinding noise from the front like the pads are dragging. I used EBC 7000 Series greens in the front and 6000 Series greens in the rear with Stoptech slotted rotors all around. I also inspected, cleaned, and repacked the front bearings with Royal Purple grease. Could it just be the rough break in surface on the pads or do I need to dig into it again and start looking for issues? Oh, I also cleaned and regreased the caliper slide pins with the specified grease that came with the pads as well as cleaned and adjusted the parking brake on both sides.
