Does anyone know how to remove the fake carbon fiber panels in the rear of the VX?
Do they just pull/pop out, or do I have to do basically the rear speaker replacement procedure?
Anyone have pics?
Looking for a pic of the inside of the panel. Like this (http://www.vehicross.info/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/5928), but the inside.
Thanks!

I threw mine away or sold mine a few years ago, but IIRC the only to get them off was to remove the entire panel and take them off from the inside. I think they were plastic riveted or something like that from the inside to some moulded tabs. I am not 100% on that, but I do think there was no way to do it from the outside.
Sorry, moving every two-3 years prevents me from stockpiling no essentials anymore:(

I have mine apart. As Marlin said, you have to remove the panel first, flip it over and there are 4 screws that hold it together with the rest of the panel.

Cool, that's what I needed.
Thank you!
I think I'll wait until fall to tackle that project along with the speaker replacement.
It's 117 degrees here this weekend...
