I think I know the answer to this but wanted to put it out there as many others have experienced the "pesky leak". Passenger side carpet get's wet when it rains. It does not get wet when AC is on (hot sunny days). Safelite has replaced windshield twice and resealed it 5 times and they swear it cannot be leaking from their work. Raining today and water on passenger side mat. Removed glove box..all dry. Removed heater/AC fan...soaking wet. Had mechanic verify that drains were free and open.

Sounds like it's time to remove the valence (between the hood & windshield) and schlep some RTV on all screws.
