Member Map markers

I am trying to find members thru this feature and can not get markers to show up. Any ideas on what may be the problem. I know just enough about computers to get me in trouble when working on them, can do work on the parts but suc on the software.

Google has changed code and I have to recode the whole deal.. I'm waiting for them to quit making changes every other day.. You can still go to the "List Users" section and go through one by one, that's the best I got for now.

I thought I had seen something of that sort in another problem so was guessing that might be it. Thanks.
