How to enable auto locks??

Can anyone out there tell me if there is a way to make it so when I get in and put the VX in drive or when I accelerate the locks automatically lock and then when put pack in park they unlock? My wife is thinking we may forget sometime and our daughter could open the door on accident.

Mine does that and I hate it. But to each their own. You have to purchase an after-market alarm and have it installed. Tell the installer you want this option. It is much better to have an after-market alarm - the stock alarm is worthless.

I had some guy almost tear my lock off the passenger door. When that didn't work, he smashed the quarter panel window on the passenger side. He then reached in and unlocked the door. It was only then that the stock alarm came on. Needless to say, I purchased a clifford alarm the next day.

Is the stock alarm tied into anything besides the doors? (lock/unlock) i too would like to get one that goes off if someone even touches it, then gives them a 50 amp jolt to teach them a lesson.

ummm, yeah, disregard that last part :)

but if its tied in, dont want a bunch of minimum wage people messin with it
