Red Rock..moab...rate Increase ??!!!

Just got a call from Red Rock / Moab.

RATES ARE UP ABOUT $30 a night...from what was quoted...

...but, nasty stoop side rooms have been re-done...painted / new furniture etc. ( Like I care!)

Not too happy given prices were already quoted..
..but what ya gonna do :( .. still good value relative to rest of town.

Plus... they do put up with us turning it into a mechanical / party / morning meet pit stop!

15% discount for advertising I do in Calendar etc for them still holds.

Stand by those that have booked... Chad or Devon will be calling you.

It's true, and it sucks. But, still a pretty good deal for Moab lodging. My stay for 5 nights is going to cost another hundred more than I planned. Oh and gas to a .20 jump here yesterday.
Well I cant stay home, so I guess I'm gonna pay it :sighb:

Yup, I booked earlier today (room #109). Price was $84.95 with the discount... last year it was around $69.

Apparently the renovations are pretty nice and there's a new BBQ area. I'm with you Jo and Donner, OH WELL... :nonegray:

We shopped around town last year when Red Rock said they might be closed this year..

...nobody even cared we were offering a big group booking, let alone considered a discount!
