Yakima roof rack clearance with sliding roof?

I have a sliding sunroof that the glass top actually slides out toward the back and sticks out of the roof. It sticks up about 3" above rook (at the furthest point) or 1" about the rails.

However, there's only about 1/4"-1/2" of clearance left betwen the sliding glasstop and the side rails. Is that enough clearance for the Yakima mounts (or any other brand is fine with me)?

There is 2 1/4" between the bottom of the factory rack and the rooftop.

Thanks. Would you happen to know how much the Yakima mount towers stick out parallel to the roof? My sliding sunroof is almost the width of the roof with less than 1/2" from the rails
