View Full Version : Front Low Profile Bump Stops

Hey Gang, I just want to confirm the bump stops in the front are the big obvious ones in this picture:

I hear these also called droop stops and I just think of droop as the wheel going downward. It seems that this stop would limit the upward travel of the wheel into the wheelwell. Can you enlighten me on this?

Upper A-arm. See the shiny nut & bolt nearest the top of the image? That's the one. Unless I'm wrong. :goof:

Zeus is correct. The low profile bump stops allow more down travel. The original picture in the first post is the bump stop that prevents too much up travel, you would need to make these bigger if your tires are hitting the top of your fenders.
