Engine Start button install walkthrough

As some people requested, I put together a detailed guide on how to install the button starter on VX. Thanks goes to Dave for the idea. Let me know if I missed anything or if anything is unclear.

Yefim, EXCELLENT installation guide!! I'm too lazy to do this one, but your instructions are clear, well illustrated and exceed professionally produced instructions. Did I miss how much time to install the button?

Thanks Rick! Yes, I did miss to indicate the time. With all right tools and parts available I think it shoudln't take more then 2 - 3 hours. Took me a little longer cause I had to run to the store 3 times to get something :-)
