We could all pitch in and move onto our own little bit of acreage...

...the small VX family on a ranch, kinda like the Manson family

Together forever....

Could do a kickstarter, buy an acre on a ranch for around $4000. You can build an off the grid cottage for like $12k yourself. For $16000 one could own a vacation home/home in scenic Utah. That is also paying asking price. Assuming maybe half of it is livable, it would likely be about $7000 per lot for around 2 acres. If some of it is on a mountain or near the creek those could be sold at a premium. Build one motel+campground as a community as well, and have the profits go to making roads/infrastructure in the future+ could add stays at the motel to the kickstarter. Could easily get this done with all of the poeple on here having different expertise. I know I would buy a lot, and I have never been further west than Detroit :)

I'm in. I'll open a dog grooming shop and Marcus can open his transmission shop :)

Um, why would you want to ruin the land by building a sub division on it? :(
