Watch as the reviewer opens the back door. He doesn't use the built-in grab handle, but grabs the door by the edge. Obviously did not read the owners manual. :)

Yes it's a great video...I love it at 2:10 where he says "storm over most any surface and the ride is firm but not harsh"....really...compared to what...:bwgy::smilewink:bgwo::bgwb:
