Having found the right car I have my VX up for sale again I'll let it go for £4.5 for a quick sale.
Heater fan has just stopped working and I haven't replaced the broken electric motor but have a replacement in the box.
Details as before, new winter tyres still on the car, new Rancho shocks all round, expensive Alpine stereo with reversing camera, spare set of ordinary road tyres too.
Cayenne Turbo S purchase fell through, thanks to Michael I picked up all the bits that didn't work from his donor car and have fitted them all and everything is working nicely and I'm feeling the love towards my little VX again so It's off the market and being kept.

If you're getting out of the VX community altogether I renew my interest in your VX-O2 model. :)
Good luck with the sale!

Sold it today to Fabrice who already owns a silver VX, I'll be sad to see it go as it has been a part of my life for a long time but it's just too small.
I didn't replace it with a Cayenne Turbo S but with a V10 5 litre VW Phaeton diesel.

I almost bought a W12 Phaeton myself instead of the VehiCROSS, I think it came down to being in Northern Ireland before I visiting the south coast (where the Phaeton was). Both cars were LPG modified, both listed around 6K GBP, both were interesting... and most likely the Phaeton would have cost just as much in repairs as the VX :) Anyway hope you enjoy the Phaeton; personally my solution to the VX being small was to fit a towbar, but I guess that wouldn't work so well for kids. :)

Thanks, it's going to be a wrench seeing it go as it has on and off been a part of my life but needs must.
I plan to uprate the brakes and get the Phaeton re-mapped should be mad.

Well Fabrice came over last Thursday and took it away, it was a sad moment watching it go down my road for the last time but it has gone to a good home.
