So we were cruising across the mountain in Smoky Mountain National Park when the transmission decided to start slipping. I thought maybe the transmission was low on fluid and added some fluid on the side of the road. No help, still slipping, but we were heading downhill and I coasted for a couple of miles until we found cell coverage. The tow truck driver was nice and I got to see the park as a passenger. I have a winch on my trailer so it was no problem getting it back on the trailer. I can take it home and hopefully get a deal on a rebuild or maybe put a junkyard trans in it. Anyone know of a Vehicross in a central Florida junkyard?
