Serpentine belt replaced at 39k miles

Replaced my serpentine belt yesterday. It was pretty cracked up, though not apparently damaged in any other way. Typically, how long do the belts last in a VX?-Bill Brown

Mine had cracks (not major),but replaced anyway at 28,000 miles

I'm not sure of the change interval, but they're supposed to last pretty long even when cracked. Always keep your old one as a spare, just in case.
