So no heat no fan.... replaced the blower motor resistor and the fan well just because I had a spare laying around and well no dice... Any ideas where to look next in the line..

For me, lack of freon in the AC was causing the system to not work at all. Once it was recharged, everything started working again until the freon leaked out again. Next step is to rebuild all the seals.

Did you check the fuse?

yes fuse seems to be fine as well just zero power

Do you have any air flow? If yes it could be a stuck open thermostat
is your carpet wet and smells like coolant? If yes your heater core is the issue
can you switch back and forth to cool and hot? if no than it could be your blend doors.
if no air flow it could be your blower switch.
check your relay as well.

where is the actual blower switch or is the the in dash control unit
