EGR tube cleaning tool

I remember seeing a thread here with a link to a snake bit for your drill with a small wire brush on the end. It was under $10 from Amazon I think. I can't seem to find that link! Can anyone help me find it? I put a brand new egr on my truck and the CEL went out for a week or so. Now I have a new code, P0401 I believe, which is restricted air flow to the egr, so I'm guessing I need to clean the intake plenum tube right? Do I need to remove the plenum, or can I clean it while it's on the truck? Thanks guys.

But it wasn't a drill bit type thing, it worked great. In order to clean it properly you'll want to take the throttle body off, I found a great video here:

I picked up a trumpet cleaner for 5 bucks at a music store. Just hope its long enough. Gonna try this weekend after I, hopefully, figure out the lower ball joints.
