Popping Noise in Front When Moving

I'm no expert, but I'm going to go out on a limb and guess...

Maybe it's the loose Nut behind the handle bars????

I had a similar issue. Mine was the outer CV joint. if it pops six times in one rev of the tire then it may be the CV. also it got a lot loader when turning.
