Ok..so I fitted a 38 inch Cree Light bar Today.
Dual purpose flood and spot :thumbup:

.
.
A couple of pointers / helping tips...
40 inch bar is just a tad to big to fit IMO..
Legs and bolts are WAY close to seams on outer edges....
...PLUS , the holes for the sun visor mechanism line up with a 38...
...making the bolting easier :thumbup:
( I know..cause I originally got a 40 inch... and didnt fit it :_brickwal )
BEWARE.. when you settle on placement...
REMEMBER that the sun visor 'mechanism' protrudes into the double roof layer.
DO NOT place Light bar legs so bolts interfere with this mechanism.....
.... I got LUCKY!!
To get it centered... I ran a tight string down center line of car..
...and matched this to the marked center of the light.
This is IMO way easier than measuring and marking the domed roof.
~~~~~~~~
It isnt wired yet... being color blind.. I'll leave that to an expert!
But I like the look...and "jumped" the wires to a drill battery...
... its BRIGHT :thumbup:
Cheers
