So here is what we have so far. Let me know what you think. I know there is a lot more work to be done so just keep that in mind.http://www.vehicross.info/gallery/data/500/image169.jpg (http://www.vehicross.info/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=25610)

Yes Sir. with a winch mount and all factory lights will be able to go back in to the steel cladding bumper.

That's a GREAT deal on a custom bumper!
Obviously style is subjective, you may need to take the plunge first. You know... build it, they will come.

I mean REALLY beat up, cracked a bit etc......but basically all there.
You are more than welcome to use it as a template etc....though I'd like it back eventually.
And ya cant really harm it !!
I can bring it to Moab I think...
...I "should" () have extra hauling space by then :)

You're welcome to my old bumper cladding if you want. It's not quite complete because I cut a straight line above the round marker lights for my new bumper. The main section is intact.

Thanks for the offer, I think I may just take mine off and use that. I need a whole one. Thanks again

WOW.. a whole front cladding reproduced in metal...
..before Moab !!!
Hand beaten.. I assume..as a stamping die would be mega bucks...
...and take months.
And I thought my trailer project was on a tight schedule !!

I never saw this one. That's quite alot of work that went into building this bumper to make it fit like the original, almost undercover.
Being made from what looks like thick sheet metal, I wonder if it could take a smack or if it would dent like the body panels?

That's what I am shooting for. Hope it turns out a little better. I am trying to get one completed before Moab to see is it can handle some abuse.

really sucks that ISUZU made our cars so limited edition that no aftermarket companies bothered to produce a damn thing to customize it and everything must be fabricated. I would love to get a front end replacement bumper for my VX.

The good thing is that there are not a lot of people who have ever seen one let alone know what one is.
I like it. It makes me think. What can I do to make it stand out even more...

this one is 1/8 for the body of the bumper and 1/4 on the mounting points and the wench mount. we will see how it handles Moab. we might go up to 1/4 inch if need be.
