Sorry to hear that Dude. My Proton has been totaled twice ... but I refuse to give up on her. She's back at 100% ... well 90% since I have some tranny work to do & repaint the back door & fix the horn & replace calipers & rotors all around ... just normal wear and tear stuff.

Best of luck on fixing her or finding a replacement.

Hope that nobody was hurt and all are okay. Sorry for the loss of your VX.

What are your plans for it? Seems it doesn't take much to total these from an insurance perspective. As Tom said, many have retained ownership and rebuilt. Just depends on your desire and ability to find parts and do the work.

It shows an insert image but top of the quick reply. Then choose the file then just click the upload files. Thats hard to see as the button is same color as back ground.

To UPLOAD PICS:
On top horizontal banner, right next to "FORUM" you'll see "GALLERY". Click.

Under main horizontal banner you'll see UPLOAD PHOTOS toward the right side of the selections.

Scroll down toward bottom and click SELECT FILES FOR UPLOAD, then enter text or description.
