A/C fan will not work

I need some help.
My Vehicross A/C fan will not come on so unless I am cruising at speed I am not getting cold air. I tested the fan and it does work. I have replaced the relay and checked all fuses. I am at a loss. I live in Florida and no A/C really sucks.

Anyone have the problem before?
Any help would be appreciated.

The below is probably the best thread, and I think your problem is the heater fan resistor.

Thanks that is good information. But, the problem I have is with the condenser fan not the blower. I should have been more specific.

For me, this happens when the coolant level drops below a certain pressure - I've yet to get it fixed (needs an overhaul to fix a bad leak. When I get it recharged it starts working again, but only for a couple of months, then it goes dead again. I've looked at the schematics and I'm not sure if there's a pressure sensor that kills the fan but it seems likely.
