Wiring diagram for folding mirror switch

I have an opportunity to get a set of JDM folding mirrors. I need some help with the wiring for the fold switch. I will have the switch and the pigtail, just need some help with what the wires control.

The wires are:

White or Silver with a Green Stripe

Red with a silver hash

Green with a silver hash

Black with a silver hash

Orange with a dark stripe

If you didn't already know, those folding mirrors also have a built in heater for demisting.
