I found this a while back and have been in discussions with the owner for a while, but I was scared of buying a rusted out vehicle from the midwest and wasn't sure how much the new paint and underbody coatings could be hiding. Anyways, long story short, it's a decent condition vehicle, but needs some work and I just wanted to let everyone here know that I have a professional vehicle inspection report for it if anyone is interested in possibly buying it. Is it common of VXs to have oil in the coolant? That's the part that scared me, and tells me there could be problems with the head gasket. Anyways, I would have bought it myself this week, but I'm still a little scared of the serious problems it may have.

Seems like a decent deal. And you're probably right about the head gasket. I had to have mine replaced after having the coolant checked 2x for hydrocarbons. I can't complain though. She's been running like a top ever since. Seems like a clean interior. Roof rust is worrisome though.
