LOOK!! I know the lure, excitment, their rare... But sheesh!! Why can't they be for sale, for what their worth? Got a 99 VX with 37k miles and the dealer is stuck at $15.1k and the average trade in value is just over $11k. No reply needed.... just venting.

I've got a '99 with 40k miles, and I still owe $13.4k. I wouldn't sell mine for less, that's for sure... even if the "book value" is only $12k. Mine isn't worth that, no doubt!!!

15000, that's not that much for a VX if you think about it. let's say..a mint 99 civic Si would go for only a few G's less than how much it had originall cost.

i got my 99 for 32 g's and it being sold now for 15 is actually pretty low when you think about the rarity of it and how good it actually is. the only reason it depreciated so much is because of Isuzu...the company name is going down the toilet. or else you'd probably spend more money just to get one.

paid 32 g's for it and there's no regret or complaint 'cause it's worth it. if you didnt want to spend that much you should have gotten a Kia Sport.

I paid $22,200 for my 2001 Ironman w/14,000 miles in November 2001 and still believe I got a great deal! The guy I bought it off of actually owed more than I paid and he had to fork over more money in order to sell it! I believe that the price will eventually raise higher due to rarity and original styling.

I'll bite,
Paid $35,600 USD for mine with 32k on the clock, '97 Jap Version, registered in 2000 or better known as '97/'00 model. I was lucky had only 1 lady owner.
Original brand new here is about $74,000 USD. ;eekr;
Vehicles here in Malaysia are not cheap.!!!!

But I'm happy :D

Sticker Price was over $32,000... dealed for $28,900 after tax title negetive equity on trade in came to $34,000 with no down and zero interest for 5 years

so, April 24th, 2001 at age 23 I drove a 2001 off the showroom floor with my dream mobile that I first saw on the cover of Car & Driver my Senior year of High School in 1993 and said to everyone "It will be mine one day"!!!;eekp;

Well, the deal on the Dragon was a good one. I first test-drove an Ironman when they first came out in Orlando and the dealer wouldn't back off the sticker (34,999.00) at all or give me decent trade-in on my '95 Trooper Limited. So, late last year I was cruising some boards for some parts for my '93 Trooper RS when I saw that dealers were blowing the remaining new units out the door. Got a new '01 Dragon with full 10/120K warranty from Jim M'Lady Isuzu outside Chicago for $23,500. Flew up, drove down, been ecstatic ever since!;Do;

...Only when you don't know wtf a VX is ;) Not many truly unique vehicles out there with VX capabilities at $15k. Remember, most VX owners payed twice that, over $30k, and a VX is barely broken in at the mileage you quoted. $15k is a bargain, resale values work FOR the auto industry not the consumer, the true value is in what YOU get out of it :luck:

Unbelievable! You got a new truck for half price! I wanna be you in my next life. I bet I still owe more than that on my 2001 and I've been paying $560/mo for it for two and a half years!

But, you've been driving it for two and a half years too, that's worth a lot.

Damn... I got my 1999 Black VX for $14,500 with 32k miles on it, one owner, very clean, three months ago. I think I got ripped off, but I love this truck anyway. Wish I could have waited for a 2000 with the extended warranty. So far the only problem I've had is with the dang windows, which everyone seems to have.

Got my 2000 VX with 52k miles...walking out the door for $14,000. Yep...KBB says it's worth less, but after all the research, that is the price they are going for. There is a nice, Black 99 here in Denver, with 37k miles... they won't go less than $15.1 k and I had cash.

Hehehehe...they could have sold their car.... to bad, so sad.
