View Full Version : I broke my alternator bracket. Help??

Title says it. My Alternator bracket broke. It aint easy finding these. So, as a desperate plea for help...I came here to see if
anyone may know of a parts car somewhere...or any advice/tips...These things are getting more and more difficult to keep alive!
2019 and mine runs pretty strong,but shes starting to get brittle I guess.

They had two isuzus with motors so they should be able to get what you need. That was two weeks ago. Why not have your bravket welded? Its steel isnt it?

My mechanic says the bracket is pot metal. Also says his guy may be able to weld something...but rather not.

actually called and they were confused. acted like i was crazy. lol. fairly common really.
