Transmission Rebuilt 8 years old now; service time. WIX or HASTINGS tranny filter?

Well, it's been 8 years since my VX tranny, the OEM General Motors 4L30E bit the dust and I had it rebuilt. I am getting a leak, tightening up the bolts doesn't help and I can't actually tell where the leak is coming from but it looks like the fill screw. Time to service this beast. I am gonna order the gaskets and filters from RockAuto. Does anyone like the WOX or HASTINGS filters and gaskets better than the other? The only thing I can't find are new drain and filler screws so far. 8 years and $1600 for rebuild I guess I'm doing ok. Was a nightmare in a galaxy far far away!

I like the WIX brand best. Filler screws are available new at isuzupartscenter.com. Call and ask for Scott...he'll take care of you.

I would not use the rubber gaskets, we could not get then to seal properly, the felt or cork ones worked much better
