I don't know about a Rodeo S but here's the VX's OFFSET (http://www.vehicross.info/forums/misc.php?action=faq&page=5#48)

My new VX is running 295/45/20's. The rims (9.5") have a 6" backspace. I also have a 2.5" lift. No tire rubbing.
You may want to try a torsion bar crank to get some lift on the front end.
The only DRIVEWAY ONLY TESTING option I can think of for your situation and offset problem would be to get some large (1-1/2 or 2" diameter) flat washers that will fit over your wheel studs and install a few to space the wheel outward ( there is no option in your case that will allow you to move the wheel further inward, other than a new wheel with a different offset) to see if more outward spacing will alleviate the rubbing. Check for rubbing in your driveway only! Do not drive on the street with the washers installed, as your lug nuts will not be on the full length of the wheel studs, due to the spacing washers! If spacing helps, you'll need different offset on new wheels or wheel spacers and correspondingly longer wheel studs(generally frowned upon and usually banned from any type of competition as unsafe). The washer test is only to test for clearance. Do not leave the washers in permanently or drive the vehicle with the washers installed.
