Rollaways are also avail for $4 a night.

Complimentary Continental Breakfast
Extra Large Family Units

There are cheaper hotels with less amenities if you are strapped or camping is avail at the Portal for $15 a night and it is usually brisk but not freezing at that time of year if you are on a budget and anyone is welcome to cleanup at our hotel room if you need/want to.

Thanks Tone for heading this up. I'm almost done with training and will get my stuff together here real soon. Then I can figure if I can get the time off.
Thanks again!
10 rooms have been reserved - if you want one of them for the above rate, please call and give them your credit card info and tell them you are with the Monday party. They have agreed to put us all together but half maybe upstairs and half may be down - first come first served!

Is this it for 2004s Moab? We had a US record of over 20 Vxes last year there - please post if you are even considering attending this not to be missed event.

Hey Tone! My work schedule is up in the air right now. I don't know if I'm going to be working a straight shift or still be on this swing shift, and I don't know what days I'd need to take off (or even if I can get them) until this gets resolved. I hope to make it & would hate to miss Moab this year, but put me down as a definite maybe. I'll keep you posted bud!

Got my room (they finally answered)
Uh oh, only 3 rooms have been booked as of 3/21- Myself, Dunford, and Moncha. In order for us to get this rate, we have to have 10 reservations under the Monday name. GPB, I thought you were staying there - can you move your reservation to our block? Thanks.

Hi Tone
Put my name on the room list they did not ask for a credit card, hope I still have aroonm when I get there.
Jeff
Please call them back and give them a credit card to bill to - thanks.
All 10 are gone at the $68 rate, $78 is now the rate and they only have a few rooms left so you better hurry if you want to stay with the rest of the VXers.
Apparently only 8 rooms have been taken and of those the following need to contact the hotel with their credit card info or the rooms will be cancelled:
Giffen
Latelle
Fehervary
Jacobson
Otherwise, 2 rooms remain available at the $68 rate and they will be released in a week if no one takes them.

My room is free now for the $68.
something came up, wont be heading out there this year.
If you are even remotely considering attending, I encourage someone to make a reservation which can always be canceled 24hrs out. I got there last year without a reservation and most all of the hotels were filled and only very expensive rooms were available.
