For those of us in rescue work, Jeep has unveiled it's latest concept car at the NY Auto Show. The picture at this link: http://www.jeep.com/jeep_life/legends/concept_vehicles/index.html?vehicle=ultimate does not do it justice...not even close. At the auto show they said that this was basically Jeep's answer to the Hummer. Granted, it's no VX, but it comes ready to work...assuming it ever makes it to the driveway as is. My husband wants this one...I just want to beef my VX up so it can be dressed for all the same stuff. Anyone have any ideas on where to start? I really like the air supply tanks being located in the tubular bumpers, although, I'm wondering how much thumping they can take without blowing up. And the all those beautiful communication features are simply mouth watering!!! Here's the ad:
