HELP!! I need to know something-QUICK

I'm putting on aftermarket fog lights on my new Safari light bar. What I need to know is this.......Is the VX already wired for fog lights?. Is there a wiring harness? Is that spare (dumby) switch on my dash board wired for anything...if wirded at all? What would you recommend?

YES...you must wire it for Foglights
YES...you must add relay...
YES...you must put in your own switch
