There was some interest in another thread about perhaps having a meet at Silver Lake Sand Dunes, MI. So this is to test the waters and see who all would be interested and what dates would work.

I took my Toyota Pickup out there one year. Had a great time.... I'm not sure if I'd like to take my VX to the dunes and beat on it. I haven't even had the balls to take it off road yet!:confused: I know.. Where are my Cahunas?? I might be down if others are going.

I am in for a dune run! I've been meaning to get up there for a while now. I'll look at my schedule & post dates that work for me.

I took my '01 VX and raced in the sand at Moab Zu Zoo V on stock 18" tires. Not much trouble. If you do get stuck, I'm sure one of your fellow VXers will come to your rescue (and then both of you will be stuck! ;) ).

i was already planning on being there on June 27-29th but thats a sunday to tuesday so i doubt i'll see anyone there

I'm in for a run on the dunes. Although, we already have a run to the Badlands in Attica, IN scheduled for June 26th. Maybe a few weeks earlier or later??

Yeah, I'm standing up in a wedding on June 26th. Bad weekend. We could wait until Sept. when it isn't so Hot and humid out? That way we have a 3 month notice to plan it out?

I'd be up for a MI meet, not sure if I can make it to Silver lake dunes though...:rolleyes:
