Is there oil or grease or anything that I will need to replace once I drop it? I am planning on doing it this weekend before I go to the track. I have installed the TOD switch, but still haven't found the correct resistance to make it work on the fly.
Thanks,
Alan
dropping it as in dropping it 2 inches
or
dropping it as in removing it completely??

Removing it temporarily for the drags.
As for the SAS his landlord jacked up his rent and he has been real busy finding another place. Will probobaly take a while.

no oil or grease to replace....unless you loosen pinion nut....but, if you do not loosen front pinion nut it is easy and doesn't take long...only rear front drive shaft bolts are a real biyatch to get off...be real careful not to damage the flange..but a flat screwdriver and hammer/mallet does the job...just be persistant..
have to shift in and out of 4 low and neutral to move and lock drive shaft where needed to loosen bolts...
