Nope! The big race is done. Recooperating now! Rest is of equal importance! Just did Ironman Couer d'Alene in Idaho two days ago (6-27-04). Now I'm letting the legs rest a bit since I have a local race this weekend. Next Ironman for me will be April 9 2005 in Tempe, Az.(which is something else to do in Az. come on out and watch 'zonies)!!!!!!!! I start training fo it in a couple of months.
