Along with emachinshop is pad2pad which will do custom circuit boards. Downside is they want you to use their software with a proprietary format, but they will accept output from standard board layout tools too.

Thanks for the link Maugan. I may have to see how much they would charge to do one of my grill kits. My current vendor is already asking too much for a single order and may have to adjust the price if I can't find another source. Good find.:D

I've been playing with their software for a few weeks trying to get an insert made for the tray that's in front of the cup holder. I want something that fits snugly in that tray that has a cupholder sized cutout in it. Based on their materials I pretty much have to do several pieces and layer them together with glue, then sand/smooth and paint.
If anyone else comes up with a plan that's usable, post it for the rest of us.
