Driver Window Problems & ISUZU Dealers

Driver's window binds and misaligns on upward movement & consequently jams. I've owned since July and absolutely love the VX. Any help would be appreciated. Also am hearing about lack of dealer assistance. Is there something we should be doing as VX members?
I just purchased the new metal mounting tabs and waiting for delivery. I'm sure it will fix my problem as it has others.
