building custom box for a JL 12w3 v2-d2 sub.should have it done by the end of the week. it will have storage underneth. i will post pics when done.anyone intrested in something like this? shawn

i haven't decided on an amp yet. this is just a temporary set up.
i will end up with 2 12w6v2 with dual 4 ohm voice coils.with a us amps 100 watt high current amp. putting out 800 watts. i agree with you JL RULES !!!!! shawn

almost done! but the design has changed. the speaker will be on the left and the amp on the right. with storage underneath the amp. should be done this weekend if i can find an amp and more carpet.hooked it up to the home stereo to make sure it worked and it sounds awesome. shawn

the amp is on the way! hopefully by the weekend. it is a US AMPS 400X (400 watts @ 4 ohms) . waiting on more carpet to finish the cabinet. i will post pics soon. shawn

Wow, that is a big box - what is the interior volume?

the sub is in a 1.25 cubic feet sealed box. the section under the amp is a storage compartment . shawn
