remote starter

I just installed a Valet two way remote stater/pager.
After installation I lost the ability to open the driver's door first and then the second as per stock alarm.
Does anyone know how I can get that back ?
Currently when you press open both doors open

I have the remote start on my alarm, great feature, but would leave the complicated install to a professional......
