Horn getting stuck...

Anyone know how I can check why my horn keeps getting stuck? First it I noticed it was has been VERY sensitive for a while. Now it gets stuck every once in a while.

How do I take off that cover and check what's going on? Or should I take it to the dealer so I don't screw around with the air bag?

Try swapping the horn relay with another in the fuse box under the hood to see if the relay is sticking.
