You should definitely stay! ;Do; As of the last unofficial headcount there should be about 12 VX's at Hooters. From Bradenton you may want to hook up with some of the Tampa/Brandon guys on 75 or 275 and shoot over on I4, although there are alternative routes. Especially if you like seeing the phosphate industry!

C'mon Carlymac! If you leave now you'd be here in plenty of time! Visit family and VXers and enjoy the weather. You know you want to, just a little drive. You can do it, it's the weekend. Can you feel the pressure yet? Should we email you some arm twisting?;pg;

JOE _BLACK, It wouldn't take any arm twisting. If there was any way humanly possible to get down there this weekend. I would already be packing the warwagon....But, no way , I've tried. Anyhow, you folks have a great meet and I hope to see you guys this summer

Thanks to everyone who made the Orlando meet! Not only did we have a good show from the Floridians but reps from Georgia, Ohio and Tennessee even! There were a total of eleven VX's and the weather cooperated quite nicely for the four hours we spent talkin' the talk we all love. Johnnyapollo took a few pics as well and will hopefully post soon, in the meantime here's what I grabbed of the moment... I am so glad I exstended my stay in Fla. Never saw so many VXs in my life. ..everybody was freindly and were more ..than willing to answer any questions I had. ..I was on the fence as to purchaseing a VX or not ...but fell off the fence ..fast when I saw all the VXs and talked to all the proud owners.....Also got to drive one.. Eric from Lake Mary, Fla. was nice enough to bring the one he has for sale to the meet . Thanks to everybody that attended..and answered all my questions . Fred

I'm glad I made the meet. It was my first one and won't be my last. Looking forward to NC meet in April. My wife and I had a gook time in Fla. Got some ideas on things we want to do to our Proton. Glad I found this club. Looking forward to being a member and a vx owner for a lifetime.

Hey guys, looked like a good time was had by all.. I'm still kicking myself for not being able to go. However, I did notice the Volunteer State (Tn) was well represented. Thanks forgetful and wife you guys made us look good. And thanks to my friend johnnyapollo, and all who posted pics for the rest of us to have our little Kodak Moment. Joe_Black, the lord willin', I won't miss the next one. Hope to meet all the FLAUSA VXers soon.

Great Pics except you forgot to take any of those cute Hooter's Girls. I enjoyed the VX family reunion and can't wait to get out and get muddy next time.

Here is a link to some Wildlife Management Areas that we can congregate in:

www.wildflorida.org/hunting/wma/SouthWest.htm

www.wildflorida.org/hunting/wma/South.htm

www.wildflorida.org/hunting/wma/NorthEast.htm

You can print maps to any of these. Ocala National Forest and Avon Park Bombing Range are nice.
