Just kind of curious here (I am naturally nosey, what can I say)...

Of all the meets in 2004, can somebody tell me how many VX's and/or members showed up at each of the different events?

I'll get the ball started since I attended the Monticello,NY meet on December 19,2004- We had EIGHT(8) VXs and NINE(9) members show up for a good time:D :D :D
Keep on truckin'....John

Hey Bear....
I believe we had 9 vx's after newsman showed up in his dragon green.
Here is the pic I took before he arrived...I count 8? plus him later = 9!!!!!
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

"9 VX's and 3 were dragon greens!!!"

Hey Bear...very cool meeting you there...thanks for all your great efforts and work on this meet!!!

Dave:)

We had NINE(9) VXs there and TEN(10) members of the Board.
Let's do it again...It was a blast.:D
I hope he(Newsman) found the dash plaque I left for him in his window.

Hi John!
Yes, I walked outside that day with newsman and he found the plaque...He seemed thrilled and I think I made a very nice compliment about how nice it was for you to do that...way to go!!!!!

Why does "Maugan_VX" think we are scary? Does he not know we had stock vx's there also! Mine is stock except for the front skid plate which is really for looks only!

Maugan_VX is maybe one step beyond just being a straight shooter. He gets to being a bit abrasive, actually. I think that's why he's not sure how a meet would go for him. That said, I'd like to meet the guy. I may not always agree with his tact but I do often basically agree with the sentiment behind it. Besides, I kinda like it when people just come out with it and don't give a rip whether anyone else likes it or not. Although, it's one thing if someone asks you a question and you honestly tell them something they may not want to hear. But it's quite another to just walk up and say something like "that mod really looks like crap" without being asked for your opinion. The former makes you honest and direct but the latter makes you an a$$hole.

Hey Guys...A VX meet is a great place to meet with fellow owners, pass on some info, admire each others mods(wether you agree with them or not). Stock or highly modified...IT DON'T MATTER!
Everybody is different and each one of us has their own opinion...that's what makes the world go around man!
It would be flippin' dull if we were all little molds or robot clones.
As far as I am concerned everyones opinion, cars( or whatever) are always welcome. No one should be worried about fitting in anywhere.

I have too agree with Bear. The 1st meet I attended was the Mohegan Sun a few years back and it was awesome. At the time my only mod was off-road rims and tires and some decals. I know from personal experiance that it doesn't matter if it's stock or heavily moded. Maugan_VX your still family! We may or may not like anothers mods or lack there of but Family is family. The VX is what you make of it. If you look at all the other VX each one is unique on it's own. No 2 are alike. It maybe the same color but in it's own little way different. That's my .02

:D Sounds like you guys in Arizona like to go out and play a lot with your VXs. Probably the most meets anywhere...and you want more? "Cheez and crackers":D
But then again you guys have the biggest "sandbox" in the country....so carry on.

Anita got 19 together a few years ago in LA. That's the US record that still stands today.

Well, Well, Well...Sounds like a challenge to me:D
Looks like we will have to try to break that record this year (Sorry Anita). We may have to shake a few trees and issue some personal challenges to certain people to attend a few VX meets this summer.
Let's see if us Easterners can take away that Western title and break the old record of 19....
THIS IS MY PERSONAL CHALLENGE TO ONE AND ALL.
