turn signals

turn signals will not flash off and on. they will come on but not flash. hazzard lights are the same way. the fuse is ok. can not find silenoid that controls blinking.

This usually indicates that one of your bulbs is out. Is it in both directions of turn signals?

There is a conventional round turn signal relay under the dash behind the fuse panel and it is most likely the cause. Lamp out will not cause this. One other cause would be a loose ground at the fuse panel. What have you changed recently?
