turn off TOD?

how do ya turn off the torque on demand? i was just curious, in case i want to try and burn out. i heard someone on this forum talking about turning it off, but i cant figure out what needs to be unplugged or what not...

there was a big discussion if u search for it, but basically u look under the passenger seat(where the tod computer is) and cut the light blue wire(dont quote me on this), then put some sort of load on the wire to trick the computer.

im planning to do this but i need to find a switch tat i want to use with enough load to trick the tod computer. u can also have full time 4wd, theres also a big discussion on tat too somewhere.

Here's one thread on the subject. I was thinking about doing this as well because I would like to have 4wd High all time for the winter when it snows. It seems like a pretty involved deal, and am still looking for more information. Hope this will at least get you started.
