This January Kia will take the wraps off an all-new concept in Detroit. Called the KCD II, this large sport-utility vehicle will provide a glimpse at a possible first entry from the Korea-based automaker into this popular market segment. Built at Kia’s California Design Center, the SUV concept will feature three rows of seats and dual full-length sunroofs. In addition to the KCD II, the automaker will have the world debut of the redesigned 2006 Rio sedan. Larger and more powerful than its predecessor, the new Rio is expected to provide better handling and an increased level of safety features. For more details on these vehicles, come back to MSN Autos following the Kia press conference on January 11, 2005.
