Heater Core HELP!

Has anyone ever replaced their heater core? How bad of a job is it and do you recall the cost of the core?

Haven't done one on the VX, but if its anything like a Honda/Acura, its going to be a 2 hour job to just get to it, for about 30 minutes worth of work.
