Dealer Problem - Rim Replacement

Hi All,

I know there are lots of threads about the pitting/peeling problem with the 18" rims but VX Crazy and I need some specifics if you all are willing to help.

We are getting the usual "no one has ever had this problem with their rims before - we have never heard of this problem". Can anyone who has had their rims replaced under warranty email me some information to support our claim?

I would love to get your name, VIN#, and dealership that did the warranty work but if you are uncomfortable sending your VIN, maybe just send your name, VX year and dealership info.

Man, I was hoping the dealer would take care of you. You know from our DFW meet, my rims are peeling as well. I haven't been to my dealer yet, but I hope some VX'ers respond with info. that can help others get their (defective) rims replaced. Help!

Don't worry RobVX - we're gonna get it done. I just need to build my case. They didn't say they wouldn't cover it (yet) only that the area rep had to look at it first.
