VX Dinner in Phoenix April 6 2005

I will be in the Phoenix, Az. area for Ironman Arizona. If anyone is interested in getting together for dinner here is the plans...
Meet and eat at the SOMA Cafe (corner of Tatum and Shea) at 4:30 pm. on Wen. April 6 2005. We will probably be there for a few hours so if you want to join us a little late thats fine too. For those who have not dined at SOMA it is a casual place that serves healthy (but really good tasting) food with an Indian/Asian influence.

Also if anyone is interested I will be racing Ironman Arizona (http://www.ironmanarizona.com/) on the 9th of April. Come on out and enjoy the spectacle that is Ironman and cheer us on. Would be cool to see a corner full of VX's and VXers cheering out there! :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:
There is lots of stuff going on in downtown Tempe (where the race starts and finishes) and many places to get a beer and watch the action!

Lisa and I can make it....on May 14 and 15 on our way to Moab! We'll be staying in Phoenix until Sun afternoon when we head off to the Grand Canyon and then on to Moab.

Tone, I will be leaving for Moab early on the 16th. Are you coming through Tucson on your way or are you staying north? If you come through Tucson let me know and I'd be happy to hook up for some grub...breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just let me know when you'l be passing through.

Yes, we will be coming thru Tucson, we are leaving on the 12th and visiting my girlfriend in Phoenix for a couple days before heading north. Maybe a late lunch on the 13th?? We are only taking my VX this year since I already have the correct tires and am fully cranked. Looking forward to it.

Thanks for coming out and enjoying some good old "healthy" food Victor. It was good seeing you again. Did you catch any of the race? Lets just say things didn't go as planned and it was a LONG day. But I finished and the sun was still out (barely)!
